Sunshine breakfast

There is only so much toast and so many eggs you can eat for breakfast before you need to branch out. I am a complete convert to chia seeds and have started mixing them with yoghurt, honey and fruit. The fact that I can do this at 7am without my contact lenses in suggests quite how easy this is, as does the vine below... Summery yellow fruit and coconut yoghurt are guaranteed to brighten up even the most banal of Monday mornings!
