Know someone who loves cooking but fancies upping their knife skills or becoming more confident with slicing, dicing and chopping? Send them along to our knife skills class!

Our Knife Experts are here to help regardless of your experience level. We’ll guide you through some of the commonly used Japanese Knife shapes and how to best utilise them in the kitchen. After a quick demo of some classic techniques, you’ll prepare a variety of vegetables. 

After the class, we will also have a full range of knives to browse with your new found knife skills (and a cheeky little 10% discount on knives).

Participants must be of 18 years of age, or be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The class will be 90 minutes long, consisting of a 20 minute knife chat and demo, followed by hands-on slicing and dicing! Feel free to bring along your own kitchen knives, but we will provide all the required equipment. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.
