We are looking for people to join our team as weekend retail assistants, with roles to fill in Coal Drops Yard, Borough Yards and Stoke Newington. We are a small, dynamic and friendly team with excellent opportunities. We require applicants to have experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role.

General retail responsibilities
- Visual merchandising of products, restocking products and general stock taking responsibilities.
- Dealing with customers, answering questions, ringing up transactions and dealing with any problems or complaints.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service with new and existing customers to promote repeat orders and new business.
- Helping promote new ideas and opportunities for increasing efficiency and profitability.
- Ensuring that the shop conforms to the company’s standards for presentation, Health and Safety and maintaining the excellent reputation within the market.
- To be a proactive member of the team in implementing an effective and efficiently run shop which provides excellent customer service.
- Involvement in marketing and promotional activities as required by the business.
- An interest in food and cooking is also helpful.

Opening hours are Saturday 10-7pm Borough, 10-7pm Coal Drops Yard, and 10-6pm Stoke Newington. Sunday hours are 11-5pm at all locations.

Salary from £12 per hour based on experience.
