If you follow us on Instagram (and, if not, why not?) you might just have seen that we have been banging on about our new shop in Netil Market. We feel justified in going on and on about it as we are just so thrilled to step out of the virtual world and have a real bricks and mortar (well, wood and... errrr, more wood?) premises to showcase all the knives, kits and kitchen equipment we have in stock.

The advantages of having a real, living, breathing shop is that Saunders has somewhere to hide from Symonds. What we really mean is that it has given us the opportunity to expand our range massively as well as a base for the knife sharpening. More knives from Japanese and UK makers, a far greater range of vintage kit, and more must have pieces for your kitchen. We get to talk through the how and why and what of all our stock and get fabulous feedback and inspiration from customers.

We are open every Saturday and Sunday from 11 (perhaps a bit earlier if we get our skates on) until 6.
