This weekend we made another round of bibimbap with the dolsot bowl kit. I think this has fast become our go-to dish for a Sunday night in front of the sofa. It is quick, relatively healthy and can accommodate almost any ingredients so is forgiving if the cupboards are bare and Waitrose closed 20 minutes ago. The heated bowl stays warm for ages and acts as very un-squishy hot water bottle. Plus, you can really ramp up the gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) to give your taste buds a blast.
We opted for marinaded beef strips, carrot, celery, spring greens and a raw egg for this one. The bowl holds enough for two hungry people. Take a look at how we put it together.
