THE COOKBOOK CLUB: Quadrille x Kitchen Provisions
We are super excited to introduce THE COOKBOOK CLUB in partnership with QUADRILLE. Over the summer and autumn we will be hosting a range of authors published by Quadrille to discuss their newest writing. We will be quizzing TIM ANDERSON about what makes HOKKAIDO produce so special, checking in with SHU HAN LEE on the store cupboard essentials for SINGAPOREAN cooking, and asking IRINA JANAKIEVSKA for her take on stand-out dishes from the BALKANS. We will of course be quizzing TIM HAYWARD on how to cook the perfect STEAK and rounding up all the speedy tricks that UYEN LUU uses to make VIETNAMESE cooking quick and easy.
